This isn’t a workout plan. Or a habit stacking course. Or a communal self love quest. Or a “6 weeks to the new you” journey. Or a “You don’t exercise? We can fix that” how-to 🙅🏼♀️
Nah, there is plenty of that out there and it’s just NOT it, right? 😵💫
I hear you. And I get it. So instead, this space is for YOU:
♥️The human who has heard “just trust your body” one too many times after learning to override all messaging and signals throughout their life.
♥️The human whose strength and abilities has been predecided in the eyes of trainers/instructors/peers/family/complete strangers solely on how their body appears.
♥️The human who is navigating a transition in life and isn’t sure how movement fits anymore.
♥️The human who is dead tired of the over “healthification”, the oppressive systems keeping us shrinking, the 20 yr old influencing shouting that we all have the 24 hours in a day, the polarizing right/wrong - should/shouldn’t - always/nevers, the grocery hauls, the “clean” eats, the before & afters…
♥️The human who wants a space to explore their own relationship to their body and movement by naming their movement story, deep diving into the diet culture that surrounds them, discover what reconnecting to their body and redefining strength could look like, and creating forward motion to invite movement into their life in an authentic and sustainable way.
♥️The human who is looking for an inclusive and safe community who will say the tough stuff, support you in the struggle, and SNAP for every win.
