🌟 May's Staff Spotlight: Ryan Pawloski 🌟
We're excited to highlight Ryan, our Lead Physical Therapist!
Ryan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and went on to complete a year‑long orthopedic residency at Northwestern University, becoming a Board‑Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). With a background in strength and conditioning and years of experience working with athletes of all levels, Ryan brings a strong performance-based mindset to patient care.
His clinical interests include:
✔️ Chronic conditions
✔️ Athletic performance & sports injuries
✔️ Spine-related issues (neck pain, headaches, vertigo, TMJ)
✔️ Vestibular conditions
✔️ Dry needling for upper & lower extremities
Ryan is passionate about one-on-one, hands-on care and values the meaningful connections he builds with his patients. His favorite part of the job? Helping patients regain confidence in their movement and return to what they love doing. As Lead PT, he also helps ensure the highest quality of care while supporting daily clinic operations - and he's always striving to grow personally and professionally, and empower every member of our team along the way.

✨Outside of work, you'll catch him reading, hiking, weight lifting, or spending time with friends and family.
✨Before becoming a PT, he spent about 5 years working in strength and conditioning - so he really understands athletes!
✨He's super passionate about the way movement and exercise can transform people's lives - and how truly 1 on 1 care is the best way to achieve this transformation.
✨After graduating with his PT degree, he did an extra year of schooling to specialize in orthopedics and chronic pain.
✨He is constantly exploring the way new technology and AI can be a benefit to healthcare and people's understanding of their own bodies.
