Bikram Yoga, one of the most detoxifying yoga practices available = 105F + 40% humidity calculated to promote heat shock proteins to shepherd the malfunctioning ones. Itโ€™s part of the reason you feel so good after class. Itโ€™s also one of the reasons we love how we feel after a sauna. You gotta get the internal body temp up a degree or two for at least 90 mins to experience the full effect ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Welcome, my name is Meg Burge and Iโ€™m so happy youโ€™re here! I aim to create classes that are both fun and challenging, while also being accessible and deeply restorative. Drawing from a background in health, wellness, yoga, recovery, nature and science, my offerings are designed to draw you into deeper connection, both within and without. My training includes: somatic yin, yoga sculpt, vinyasa flow, personal training, Reiki, yoga nidra, meditation, breathwork, standup paddle board yoga, group fitness, and indoor cycling.

Iโ€™m passionate about recovery, animals, nature, my family, true connection, and community. I enjoy exploring new places and seeing different ways of living. Sharing good books and adventure recommendations is the best. Let me know what you love!

Where are the feisty ones at?! A healthy way to take it down a notch is by using a method called Bikram Yoga. Join us tonight at 5:30pm to try a scientifically proven way to calm the central nervous system while flushing the body of toxins. Come gather your own anecdotal evidence for yourself.
