Spiritual health isn’t talked about enough outside of the church building. If we believe in wholistic health that is interdependent and not compartmentalized, our spiritual health must be addressed.

We are mind, body, soul and spirit that was knit together by God, the Creator! If He cares for our whole being, so must we.

It is not just sitting at church on Sundays, listening to sermon shorts or reading the verse of the day. It is an inner searching and assessment of our inner most being and depending on God to give us a clean heart and refresh us. It’s not a fad, it’s essential.

Satan’s schemes are not new, but our minds must be renewed daily. Our eyes are the window to the soul. They feed the mind, that feed our desires. The desires can either feed the soul or destroy it.

•What holds our attention holds our focus. A distracted person will never give their full attention to their purpose or walk in their identity.Your attention is your life. What ever gets your attention and time, gets a piece of your life.
•Don’t negotiate with the habits, thoughts, past traumas, current circumstances or lies that have been spoken over you to shake your beliefs + identity that God has already set before you!
•Even ancient cultures recognized that our mind, body and spirit was all connected. There is spiritual warfare all around us. The spiritual effects the physical. The physical effects the spiritual and our mind, emotions and beliefs dictate our actions.

“Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12

If you’re weary, struggling, need freedom, questioning your identity, tired of listening to the lies someone spoke over you, unsure about your identity in Christ, questioning your authority in Christ, experienced church hurt or spiritual abuse-this class is for you!

Spiritual warfare isn’t charismatic or radical or just from “Bible times,” it’s happening now in our families, marriages, children, generationally and not going to cease until Christ comes back. -By Treena Mack

For a bonus entry tag an apple loving friend. We’ll draw a name at random next week. We'll send the winner a message and edit this post to announce the winner. We have had scammers target our giveaway posts in the past so please do NOT click on any links with a message saying you have won. We will not send a link or require any information from you if you win.

🍏🍎🍏ATHENS, ALABAMA ONLY: Peterson family members from AL are excited to take over your ATHENS delivery. Same apples, same family, but a different website. Head over to their website (https://www.facebook.com/share/18NCYtCqXr/) to get your order in!🍏🍎🍏

If you read our FAQ post last year (or any of the 8 previous years), you’re an apple pro and can just skip the rest of this post, but if you’re new to the apple family, this information might come in handy (because, let's be honest, who actually uses a peck measurement in his or her daily life?).
🍎Q. What are a Peck and a Bushel? How much do they weigh? How many apples will I get in my order?
🍏A. Peck and Bushel are measurements of VOLUME, not weight, but we can estimate weight.
- A Peck is approximately 10-12 lbs
- A Half Bushel is two pecks and is approximately 20-24lbs.
- A Bushel will weigh between 40 & 50 lbs.
It is impossible to predict numbers of apples accurately because apple size will cause this to vary greatly.
🍎Q. How long will these apples last?
🍏A. At room temperature: 1-2 weeks
In a cool dark place like a cellar: 1-2 months
In the fridge: 3-4 months for snacking and 6 months + for use in baking. This year my family and at least 1 customer were still eating our apples in August! They were wrinkled, but tasted great still.
🍎Q. Do I pay when I place my order?
🍏A. No. Payment is due at the time of pick-up. Your pre-order guarantees that we will reserve apples for you in case we get low on apples for walk-ups. We accept cash or Venmo payments. NO credit cards accepted, sorry.
🍎Q. What if something comes up and I can’t get my apples?
🍏A. If you no longer want your apples or cannot get them after ordering please notify us so that we can cancel your order and sell them to someone else.
Do you still have questions? Please let us know in a personal message or in a comment on this post.

Niyani from In-Home Music Lessons. Serving Franklin & Surrounding Areas 🎶
“There is no room for comparison when it comes to walking in the assignment of the Lord.”

Navigating Hormones during perimenopause and menopause can be a bear!
But not if you have the right help of an expert!
Jennifer Madison Evans with Mulberry Wellness and Direct Primary Care is just that!

Is there TMI with women when talking about what women go through hormonally? No! Especially because it affects the whole being! Physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual!

There have been too many gaps in recent generations where what’s happened with women’s bodies in hormones aren’t talked about! Which means education and experience isn’t being handed down like God designed.

So grateful to have Jenni in our community, not just as an NP but as one of the ladies walking through life with us! Pouring into us is helping us pour into our own families and not feeling alone as we experience all the changes in each season of life!

Missed this hormone class? Stay tuned for another one geared towards Preconception all the way to perimenopause!
