I have had some many girls reach out asking how to help hormonal acne around there period. If you already have a good routine, you shouldn’t get many breakouts but that’s why we say acne is maintained not cured.

#1- You must have a good solid homecare routine.
#2- Combat the side effects.
#3- Diet, Stress, and overall health will make a big difference so check in on yourself.
