Every day, there are questions about these topics. There is NO 1 answer and definitely not a quick fix. If you struggle with brain fog, poor attention, poor sleep, and anxiousness, consider these possible contributors.
As far as options that can help with all of these. Get outside and away from screens as much as possible. Put some physical stress (safely) on your body. Make sure your are getting the right micro and macro nutrients in your diet. STAY HYDRATED. Fix your gut. Address life's problems head on rather than avoiding them....they just stack up and become worse. Kick the chemicals to the curb. Create sleep hygiene habits, and be consistent. (you can find suggestions online).
*sedentary lifestyle - Sedentary behaviors have wide-ranging adverse impacts on the human body including increased all-cause mortality, cardiovascular disease mortality, cancer risk, and risks of metabolic disorders such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and dyslipidemia; musculoskeletal disorders such as arthralgia and osteoporosis; depression; and, cognitive impairment. ` from Korean J Fam Med. 2020 Nov 19;41(6):365–373. doi: 10.4082/kjfm.20.0165
*poor attention - "Prenatal exposure to alcohol, ni****ne, or environmental toxins increases risk. Premature birth and low birth weight are associated with higher rates of attention problems. Chronic early-childhood adversity, trauma, neglect, extreme stress, can alter the development of prefrontal circuits in ways that mimic or worsen underlying predispositions.
In adults, attention problems that emerge without childhood history are often attributable to acquired causes. Traumatic brain injury, even mild concussion, can disrupt prefrontal functioning. Sleep deprivation is particularly damaging; just one week of sleeping six hours per night produces cognitive impairment equivalent to 48 hours of total sleep deprivation.
Certain MEDICATIONS, particularly those affecting dopamine or serotonin, can produce attention problems as side effects." Think meds for parkinsons, several psych meds, nausea meds, look at your meds.

*poor sleep - the list is exhaustive, this article covers the basics https://www.sleepon.us/what-causes-poor-sleep-quality/
*anxiousness - many factors covered this this article, but from I have experienced and witness, there is a STRONG connection with anxiety (fear), and lack of real problem solving/follow through. Let me explain - "take the example of analysis paralysis," as in reading, and researching, spending hours, asking questions over and over and never ACTING on the issue. Same thing with folks that are so upset about what the TV and internet tell them is happening in the world who just stay upset, but don't take ACTION to improve the situation. Additionally - when a BRAIN doesn't have the raw materials to function, and a GUT is a mess, neurotransmitters go rouge. Be a problem solver! https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/basics/anxiety/the-causes-of-anxiety
The true cause of anxiety is being a human being, gifted with the capacity to imagine a future. As a mental state of apprehension about what might, or might not, lie ahead, anxiety reflects uncertainty about future circumstances, whether regarding one’s own health, job, or love life, or climate ch...
