BACK TO ROUTINE RESET

Summer was fun.

Schedules got weird.
Bedtimes got later.
Meals got… creative.
And somehow “I’ll get back into my routine next week” became a three-month lifestyle. 😂

But now the backpacks are packed, alarms are being set, and everyone is getting back to a routine. Why not give your body and brain a reset, too?

For a limited time, choose your reset:

🌊 FLOAT RESET
3 × 60-Minute Floats $99

🔥❄️ FIRE & ICE RESET
3 × 60-Minute Fire & Ice Sessions $99

Use them to:
✨ Reset your routine
🧠 Give your brain some quiet
💪 Recover from workouts and long days
😴 Make space for better rest
⚡ Recharge when your energy is running low

Because getting back into a routine doesn't mean you have to go full speed ahead.

Sometimes the smartest thing you can do is pause, recover, and reset.

Available August 15th-31st. Online or in store. Not sharable. Sessions expire 365 days after first use.

Back to routine. Back to yourself.

🔥 Missouri called.

It would like to know why it's set to "broil."

If you're melting faster than your popsicle, we've got just the thing.

❄️ Chill out with Fire & Ice Therapy.

🌊 Float away from the heat (and your to-do list).

💆 Relax with a massage in air-conditioned bliss.

Your body works hard in the summer. Give it a chance to recover, recharge, and cool down.

Trade the heat index for a little peace and quiet.

We'll save you a cool spot. 😎

🔥 GRILL MASTER RECOVERY PACK IS HERE 🔥

Dad's been standing over a hot grill, mowing in the sun, hauling coolers, fixing things that weren't broken, and insisting his back is "fine."

This June, give the Grill Master a chance to recover.

Sauna. Cold plunge. Repeat. The ultimate reset for sore muscles, tired minds, and overworked dads.

🌊 Bring-A-Friend-Free Floats
Purchase a 60 or 90-minute float and bring someone along for our second float room at no additional charge. Because sometimes the best way to relax is with your favorite person nearby.

✔️ In-store or online

Whether you're shopping for Dad, your partner, or yourself (because let's be honest, you've earned it too), these specials are designed to help you recover, recharge, and enjoy a little peace and quiet this summer.

We’re reaching out to our community for a little help. 💚

Sometime overnight, the 16" x 16" plant pot outside the front door of Theta Wellness Center seems to have gone missing. Anyone who has visited us knows how much love we pour into plants and greenery — our lobby is practically a little indoor jungle. 🌿 This one hadn't sprouted yet, but it was so close and we were excited to witness the growth.

That planter was our attempt to bring a bit of that same calming, welcoming energy to the outside of our space too, so we’re honestly pretty bummed to see it gone.

If anyone happened to see anything, noticed someone carrying a large planter nearby, or even spotted it somewhere around town, we’d truly appreciate any information. We’d really love to bring that little piece of our space back home.

Thank you to everyone who supports and cares about our little sanctuary.

🦝🕊️ At Theta Wellness Center, caring for the wellbeing of our community extends beyond our walls and that includes the wildlife we share it with. Many of you know our owner Matthew has a huge heart for local wildlife and the compassionate people who dedicate their time, energy, and resources to rehabilitation efforts across the area.

He is currently working toward creating an ongoing nonprofit initiative designed to support local wildlife rehabbers and help ensure they have the tools, resources, and community backing needed to continue this important work. From injured squirrels and orphaned raccoons to displaced native wildlife, these rehabbers quietly do incredible work behind the scenes every single day. 🐿️

If you’d like to help support these efforts, please consider donating or sharing this post to help spread the word. Every share, contribution, and bit of awareness helps create a more compassionate community for both people and animals alike. ❤️

Thank you for always supporting the causes that matter to us.

Somewhere along the way, rest started feeling like something we have to earn.

Like we have to be exhausted first.
Overwhelmed enough.
Productive enough.
Stressed enough to deserve a pause.

But your nervous system doesn’t need permission slips.

Sometimes healing looks like:

+ sitting in silence for an hour
+ stepping away from your phone
+ taking one deep breath
+ warming up in the sauna
+ floating without distractions
+ finally unclenching your jaw
+ letting someone take care of you for once

This is your reminder that slowing down is not falling behind.

We see so many people walk through our doors carrying the weight of work, parenting, caregiving, burnout, grief, anxiety, or just the nonstop pace of life. And every day we’re reminded how powerful it is when someone chooses to care for themselves on purpose.

Wherever you are today, we hope you give yourself at least one moment of peace. You deserve that.
