It’s official! We are so incredibly excited to be raising funds with MO Shatfest for empower: abilities Empower: abilities is a local non profit whose mission is to remove barriers and empower independent living for all people with disabilities. Working directly with the community, they provide a variety of support to individuals who struggle to find accessibility and resources. It is a privilege to work towards this goal, knowing our donation will play a small role in the huge impact they make.

Help us raise funds for this deserving organization and enjoy a night of local art, music, food and fun!

Saturday October 10th at the Dockley Ranch, gates open at 10am, live music from 11am - 11pm with an open jam session and s’mores to follow!

All ages, kids 12 & under FREE, camping available, tickets in bio/pinned to the top of our page 🎟️🎟️🎟️

The Energy Reset is a 45-minute breath-based energy work class that helps you clear what’s weighing you down and come back to yourself.

This class is rooted in pranayama, an ancient practice of breath regulation, to explore beyond the physical into the energetic body. You can expect a mostly seated practice, guided ques, and a safe space to land.

No prior experience needed. Just your breath and a willingness to show up.
