Your body tightly regulates blood pH

Your stomach is supposed to be acidic
→ That acid is critical for digestion

Drinking high pH water can temporarily reduce stomach acid leading to:
• Bloating
• Poor protein digestion
• Nutrient absorption issues

Any “pH change” from water is short-lived and insignificant

Here’s the truth:

And you definitely can’t replace real food with a scoop of powder.

Could they help in certain cases? Maybe.

But for most people…

Effects are temporary and tolerance builds fast

So what happens?

But underneath?

Nothing has actually changed.

Fat loss isn’t a stimulant problem.

GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro are everywhere right now.

And yes… they work for weight loss.

Why?

Because nothing about the root cause was fixed:
