Incredible evening filled with so much talent, inspiration, and community spirit as our young people took the stage through spoken word, prayer, dancing, and more. It was beautiful to witness their gifts, creativity, and passion.

Even more impactful was the funds donated to continue providing programs and services at the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Foundation.

The Power of Coaching 🎉🎉

Smiling about this WIN! I was contracted to coach leaders for six months after they were placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) due to workplace challenges.

Recognizing their managers value, the organization chose to invest in their growth.

Through weekly coaching calls, honest conversations, and support, we discovered various communication and personal challenges impacting performance.

One year later, following an extended coaching services they are flourishing.
