✨Can’t believe we get to celebrate in community in less than TWO days! ✨

Today’s highlight is the holistic healers who are going to provide their services at Happy Chemicals: Movement is Medicine💆

💙Jeremy-Sean Agcaoli from Manong Medicine will be providing 10 minute massages throughout the event! Jeremy-Sean is deeply rooted in his Ilocano heritage and practices traditional folk medicine, including tapas (energetic diagnosis), orasyon (sacred prayers), ritual (ceremony), and hilot (therapeutic touch). Within his community, he is affectionately known as “Manong Medicine” - a title reflecting both his Ilocano heritage and his role as a spiritual healer. His work bridges cultural tradition and soul-level healing.

💚Angel Gomez from Nature’s Tranquility Massage will be providing 10 minute massages throughout the event! Angel has been a massage therapist for 10 years and is based in Stockton. He specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. His mission is to promote health, wellness, and stress relief through personalized therapeutic care for overall wellbeing!

🌟Happy Chemicals is LESS than Five Days Away!🌟

Today we are highlighting the food that will be available at Happy Chemicals! We have El Grullense 🌮 and Mi Bistro 🥪

🎉In just 5 days, you can enjoy some delicious food for FREE 🎉

Happy Chemicals will be at KIPP High School (742 Dallas Ave, Stockton, CA) from 10 AM to 5 PM, you don’t want to miss!

Food will be served starting 10:30 AM and will stay open until 4:30 PM or until supplies last! Hope to see you there 🩵

☀️Happy Chemicals is BACK and this year we are celebrating by moving our bodies!☀️

🕺We are emphasizing how Movement is Medicine and how it allows us to experience a D.O.S.E (dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins) of happy chemicals through a variation of mindful movements! Some of the mindful movement workshops include dance, yoga, and other types of activities! 💃

🔆This is a FREE event open to all ages! We will be having tons of FREE resources, food, movement workshops, wellness activities, hair cuts, giveaways, and MORE! 🔆

In honor of National Overdose Awareness Day, ECHO & Little Manila Youth Advocates are hosting a screening of The Fix, a documentary series that covers the impact of drugs in the world and how community connection leads to the betterment of all affected. We will also have a vigil to remember those who have passed due to overdose. Please join us to be in community, learn together, and pay our respects to those who have been lost to overdose deaths. 🩵
