The sunset last night in Lodi, California was incredible. We couldn’t see the full moon or the lunar eclipse, but the sunset did not disappoint. God is always around and providing messages 🫶🏻🙏🏻

Here is another new protein drink by PRODA , I discovered at Sprouts Farmers Market. It has 10 g of protein, 3 g of fiber and no added sugar. It’s not too bad tasting. I’ll definitely buy more.

Rolled into Dutch Bros Coffee for my coffee fix and apparently it’s National Dog Day. 😂 They were giving out mystery dog bandanas, so obviously Momo needed one.

I’d say she’s thrilled. Her face says otherwise. 😂

I’ve been working on getting my gut back together, and I found this little powerhouse at Artesian Natural Foods here in Stockton.

Kefir Lab packs 100 TRILLION probiotics into this coconut kefir. 🤯 And yes, I actually like it—which is important because I’m not choking something down every day just because it’s “healthy.”

Trying it as part of my gut reset and we’ll see how my body responds.

Nolan came home to take his girlfriend to San Francisco for the day, and the two of them showed up with these beautiful flowers for me.

It wasn’t expected. It wasn’t a special occasion. Just a little reminder that sometimes the smallest gestures are the ones that get you right in the heart. ❤️
