A New Chapter in My Reiki Journey 💜

There’s a milestone I’ve been meaning to share.

Last December, I completed my certification as a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Practitioner.

I chose to take some time before announcing it. I wanted to learn, practice, and integrate this next level of Reiki into my own journey and the work I offer through Naturally Refreshing.

Karuna Reiki has brought a beautiful depth to my practice, and I’m grateful to my Master/Teacher, Trena Abbott, for her guidance and to the lineage that has guided me along the way.

I’m excited to continue bringing this deeper work into my sessions, classes, and Reiki practice.

Sometimes a milestone needs a little time before it’s ready to be shared. This one is. 💜

It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action." When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one.
