Hey yogis—if you haven’t heard our very own Leah Conner and Tod Conner have organized an amazing weekend of music and the Friday and Saturday concerts are free to attend.Texafied JamFest 2026 is celebrating Tod’s 40th year of being cancer free and the event benefits MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Stages will be set up downtown Sulphur Springs with music kicking off at noon on Friday and Saturday and going all day on both days.

The artists are amazing and the cause is amazing! You don’t want to miss it! Many of us One Soul Yoga Studio yogis will be there so stop by and hang out with us!

Our studio and instructors are from a trauma-informed lineage, which means we lead classes that nurture and challenge you in a safe and non-judgmental way. Variations of poses are given in each class to make our classes accessible regardless if you are new to yoga or more experienced. Our yoga studio is intentionally free of mirrors, encouraging you to focus on how your practice feels rather than how it appears. Your mat is your personal sanctuary, a space to connect with yourself and your journey.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, Candlelight Immersion is an invitation to simply be.
Join DeAnna at One Soul Yoga & Wellness Center every Tuesday at 8 pm for a deeply nourishing evening designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore inner balance.

This unique experience set to soft candlelight begins with 30 minutes of gentle somatic movement and mindful stretching to help unwind stress stored in the body. From there, you'll settle into stillness for 30 minutes of meditation and immersive sound healing beneath the glow of candlelight.

Allow the soothing sounds, gentle movement, and peaceful atmosphere to quiet the mind, soften the body, and create space for deep rest.

Give yourself an hour to reset, recharge, and reconnect with your soul.

Join DeAnna for an Aerial Yin Yoga, a summer pop up scheduled for Thursday, June 11 at 7:15 pm. Aerial Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that combines the long, gentle holds of yin yoga with the supportive embrace of aerial hammocks. In this unique class, the hammocks hang low to the ground and are used as props to help support the body, encourage relaxation, and allow for deeper release with less strain.

This class is a calming experience focused on slowing down, softening tension, and creating space in both body and mind. The gentle support of the hammocks can help you feel safe, held, and more connected to your breath and inner stillness.

Please note: this class is six students max, advance registration is highly recommended. No aerial or yoga experience is needed. This class is beginner friendly and designed for all levels. Just come ready to unwind, breathe deeply, and float into relaxation.

Join us on Monday, June 15 at 8:00 pm for One Soul Yoga’s monthly New Moon Ceremony led by Clarice. This is a free community gathering to pause, reflect, and plant new intentions beneath the night sky.

This month’s New Moon in Gemini brings fresh mental energy, curiosity, communication, creativity, and connection. Gemini invites us to explore new perspectives, speak our truth, reconnect with our playful spirit, and open ourselves to meaningful conversations and possibilities. This lunar energy is perfect for intention setting, journaling, self-expression, and embracing change with an open heart and mind.

Together, we will gather outdoors on our yoga deck (weather permitting) for a gentle evening of grounding practices, meditation, reflection, and collective intention setting under the energy of the New Moon.

This is free to attend and all are welcome. Come as you are and allow the magic of the New Moon to guide you inward.

One Soul is officially kicking off our Summer Bingo today!

To Play:
Put your name on a card located at the studio and hang up on our bingo wall. Each time you complete a box (one box per day), mark it off with the date.

There are three tiers of prizes and you can win one prize for a single line OR one prize for double line AND you can keep playing until July 31 to win for full black out.

Prizes in each tier will vary but will include five entries for the summer prize basket for a single line. For a double line you win basket entries plus an exclusive One Soul t-shirt. If you continue to play to blackout, you win ten entries for the prize basket and a prize package that contains a Manduka Pro mat, one-month class pass, and a private tuning fork session with DeAnna.
