I did a CoolPeel CO2 laser, and this was my healing journey through the MENDS (Microscopic Epidermal Necrotic Debris) process. ✨

Day 1: My skin felt hot, tight, and looked pretty red—kind of like a sunburn.

Day 2: The heat and redness started to calm down, but my skin still felt dry, tight, and a little swollen.

Day 3: I started noticing tiny MENDS appearing, and my skin felt rough—almost like sandpaper.

Day 4-5: The "coffee ground" look became more noticeable as those damaged skin cells worked their way to the surface. These were definitely the driest days for me.

Day 6: The MENDS started naturally shedding away, and I could finally see brighter, smoother skin peeking through.

Day 7: I finished the week with a dermaplane to remove any remaining dead skin and topped it off with tinted SPF. My skin was glowing, felt incredibly smooth, and I looked so refreshed💖
