🚨This is what a body looks like that’s headed towards diabetes.

🫵🏻If your body looks like this, chances are you’re headed towards diabetes. You may be noticing this hyperpigmentation on your neck or cracks like this under your armpits. Another sign is skin tags, and another is a waistline that’s more than half your height.
🟩You may also be experiencing swollen feet because your body is retaining water. If that’s getting stored around your neck, it can cause sleep apnea. You have any of these. Those are also signs of insulin resistance.
✅The reason you’re having a hard time losing weight is that your body is stuck in storage mode.

📌Let’s understand why this is happening. In the whole pool of our body, we should only have 1 teaspoon of blood sugar, but the average American is eating this much sugar per day, so our blood sugar is too high too often. This causes insulin to also be chronically elevated, and that’s called hyperinsulinemia. It’s happening because the body is becoming insulin resistant.
🕘One of the easiest ways to fix this is to start intermittent fasting and add fiber into your diet. The difference between this and this is that one has fiber and one doesn’t.
