Last night was something special ✨

Our first Floating Sound Bath with Oasis Swim was such a beautiful experience. Watching everyone settle into the water, soften, breathe and simply allow themselves to be cared for was exactly what I hoped this experience would feel like 🖤

There’s something different about receiving sound while floating. Supported by water, surrounded by warmth and with nowhere you need to be. Mother Nature’s soundscape adding its own beauty. It’s really a vibe

Thank you to everyone who showed up and trusted me to guide you through it. And a huge thank you to Oasis Swim for opening their space and helping bring this idea to life 💜

I’ve been invited to offer relaxing sound bath sessions throughout the day, giving children & families a chance to slow down, rest, & experience the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes & other intentional instruments.

July’s Sound Bath at DeKalb Library was such a beautiful gathering. I’m continually grateful for this incredible community and the space we create together.
This library truly holds a special place in my heart. Thank you to everyone who joined me. I can’t wait to see you again in October ✨

Life has a funny way of reminding us that not everything unfolds as we planned, and that’s okay.

After much thought, the local Rise. Release. Renew. Women’s Retreat has been canceled due to low enrollment. While it’s disappointing, I truly believe what is meant to be will always find its way in the right season. Thank you to everyone who shared, encouraged, cheered us on & supported this offering. Your kindness & belief in all of us never goes unnoticed, I’m deeply grateful.

Behind the scenes, I’ve also been processing a lot personally. We lost a friend before the holiday. Our hearts hurt for their family, friends & all whom they have known. My heart has been feeling pretty heavy.

At the same time, my oldest is preparing to turn 18 & I’m finding myself sitting with the bittersweet reality of another chapter of motherhood shifting. Life asks us to hold joy and sorrow in the same hands sometimes 🖤

If you’ve been needing a moment to slow down and reconnect, I’d love to see you this Saturday at 11:00 AM for my free community Sound Bath at the . Just bring a yoga mat, settle in & allow yourself an hour to simply be.

I’m also excited to share that .soul & I have started talking again about offering another Reiki and Sound Healing event together!! Nothing to announce just yet, but it feels good to be dreaming and creating again ✨

Ready, set - GO!!

It’s go time baby!!

So excited to be joining the first retreat at Wood Haven Healing Home & Retreat Center!

Hello beautiful souls! My name is Noelle! Owner of Bare Soul Healing and I’m so honored to be one of the facilitators for Rise. Release. Renew. ✨

If you’ve ever joined one of my sound baths, you know I believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down long enough to hear ourselves again. Sitting in silence and stillness is sacred. I love witnessing what happens when we create space to simply be and allow energy to move.

Throughout the weekend, I’ll be co-creating several experiences with our incredible retreat team, including the Opening Cacao Ceremony, a Sound & Fire Ecstatic Dance beneath the stars, and our Closing Sound Share.

My favorite moments in sound baths are the ones you can’t plan for. The deep exhale that comes after carrying too much for too long, the tears that arrive when something finally feels safe enough to be released, and the laughter that bubbles up when women gather in authentic connection. Watching the body surrender to sound and frequency is a profound experience and one of the greatest honors of this work. It is often in these moments that we remember the wisdom and answers have been within us all along 🖤

Together, we’ll create space to rest, reconnect, reflect, and simply be. Whether you’re lying beneath the sounds of intentional instruments, gathered around the fire, flowing through sunrise yoga, or sharing in sacred community, my hope is that you’ll leave feeling more grounded, more present, and more connected to your own inner wisdom ✨

One of the things I love most about retreats like this is witnessing what happens when women come together with open hearts. We remember that we aren’t meant to carry everything alone. The walls we build begin to soften and fall. Like a lotus opening in full bloom, we rediscover pieces of ourselves that may have been forgotten and leave feeling supported, seen, and renewed.

I cannot wait to share this beautiful weekend of healing, sisterhood, nature, and sound with you 💜
