The Autumn Equinox edition

Life gets busy so easily. There will always be something that needs to be done, somewhere to be, or something demanding our attention. But the things that matter most deserve our time, too. So this weekend, I made time for my husband. For connection. For nature. For slowing down enough to actually notice and enjoy the life we’re living. I don’t want to keep waiting for life to slow down. I want to choose what gets my time and energy. Because intentional living isn’t about doing more. It’s about making time for what matters. ❤️

Sometimes the sign you’ve been waiting for is literally a sign. 😆 Seeing Divine Flow Healing officially up at my new Sycamore location gave me one of those “wow… this is really happening” moments. 🥹 This journey has been about trusting the nudges, following the flow, and creating a space where people can come exactly as they are to breathe, release, reconnect, and simply be.
Little by little, it's all coming together… and I’m settling into this beautiful new chapter right along with it.
