Let’s talk about Joy…🌻

Right now, the world looks like a perfect storm.
Chaos, noise, fear, division.
Many of us are allowing that storm to seep into our inner world- into our energetic body, and eventually into our physical body.

Does everything feel overwhelming? Are you feeling fear, anxiety, distrust?

Take a deep breath with me..
Because you were never meant to carry the weight of the world.
You were never meant to stay angry, overwhelmed, or helpless.
You were meant to create- not collapse.

You’re meant to feel motivated to create a world that you love and admire. And that world doesn’t start from outside of you, it starts from within you.. from there it spreads to your family, your friends, your neighbors, your community… and eventually, the world.

Your first simple step: Choose joy. Cultivate joy. Make it a habit. Even in small ways. Even when the world feels loud and scary.

Joy is how you change the world- from the inside out.

So stop, pause, take a moment out of your day to think about what brings you joy. How you can invite that into your every day moments? 🌻

Small things that bring me joy: Simmer pots, the smell of fresh rosemary, watching steam rise from a hot cup of tea, watching my husband and children laugh so hard that the outside world completely melts away.

Autumn 🍂 The Season Of Returning To Yourself

The season where mama earth softens, slows, and releases. My favorite season 🤎

You can already feel the shift in the early morning air, the trees transitioning their colors and releasing what they no longer need..everything in nature begins turning inward, and we’re meant to do the same.

This season teaches us that release is not loss- it’s preparation.
Letting go creates space for what is meant to arrive.

Autumn is the perfect time to begin tending to your healing, your energy, and your inner peace.

Water.Sunlight.Self-Respect.

Just a small reminder of three little things you’ll prioritize today. 🫶

Take a couple of minutes to drink a glass of water.
Look at the water, thank it for hydrating you today.

Water is alive. It holds memory.
Thanking it before you drink it literally pulls the frequency of gratitude into your body and absorbs into your cells.
How much do our bodies love gratitude?
A LOT. They like it A LOT. Gratitude is a toasty warm hug. 🥰

You can even drink your water.. wait for it.. OUT IN THE SUNLIGHT. 😍☀️

Go get that Vitamin D.
I could write pages about how Vitamin D serves your body and mind, but to keep it simple, we need this precious vitamin for immunity, hormonal and cellular balance. IT’S IMPORTANT.

Self-Respect.
Self respect Is taking time for these two things today, and then taking it further by honoring your body’s lead.

“What feels good for me in this moment?” -
Say no to that lunch outing?
Yes to the lavender bath?
Are you grounded enough for that difficult conversation you know you need to have?
Pausing to give your body some nutrition before you’re off to the next task?
Giving your fur babies or human babies a few more kisses before you continue the day?
Telling yourself, “I love you. I honor you. I’m proud of you.”

Water.Sunlight.Self-Respect.

Forgiveness is not something the human mind can think its way into.
It’s not logic. It’s not reasoning.
It’s a frequency.
Forgiveness is a vibration that originates in Spirit and then ripples into the mind and body.

When we try to forgive from the mind, we often stay trapped in the story.
But when forgiveness comes from Spirit, it dissolves the story entirely.
It moves through the heart, clears the energetic field, and rewrites the cellular memory.

Forgiveness is the moment your soul says:
“I release this from my body, my timeline, and my energy. I am one with all that is.”

From a spiritual perspective, forgiveness is liberation- a choice of stepping into peace and the act of returning to divine neutrality, where love and compassion can flow again.

From a physical perspective, it’s medicine. Lowering stress hormones, calming the nervous system, and restoring balance to the heart and immune system.

The frequency of forgiveness offers you a reality where your full spirit is present. Where your outer world no longer holds the power to offend you, but to transform you.

Forgiveness is transmuting experiences and emotions- Transmuting hurt into wisdom, anger into clarity, and resentment into peace.

You cannot force forgiveness.
You can only embody it.
And when you do, your entire reality begins to shift.

Forgiveness is not a thought.
It’s a frequency that heals worlds, starting with your own.🕊️

🌲As Within So Without🌲

This is one of the most important posts I’ll write…

Everything you want to receive in this lifetime already lives within you.
The love, the abundance, the clarity, the purpose- it’s not something you chase outside of yourself. It’s something you activate from the inside out.

The universe mirrors your inner world.
When you embody the frequency you desire: peace, devotion, confidence, compassion, unconditional love - your outer world begins to respond to it.

You cannot receive what you are unwilling to become.
You cannot call in what you do not yet hold.
You cannot manifest what you refuse to embody.

Your soul is already carrying the blueprint of your highest timeline.
To unlock it, you must be willing to give what you want to receive:

• embody the love you seek
• express the truth you crave
• offer the peace you desire

Live the frequency you want reflected back to you.

“So within, as without” is not a concept — it’s a spiritual law.

Your inner world is the architect.
Your outer world is the echo.

Activate it within you.
Embody it around you.
And watch the universe rise to meet you. 💫

Expect Miracles. 🕊️

Today when I opened my channel, the Holy Spirit came through.
She said, “Expect Miracles. Tell them to release the mind, open the heart and watch as the miracles unfold by divine will.”

After that, a flood of masters walked through. Not just the six I’ve added to this photo, but hundreds.

I’ve witnessed countless miracles unfold - not only in my own life but in the world around me. They happen in every minute of every day.

The sad thing is, if they aren’t extravagant (and sometimes even when they are) we miss them or bypass them.

So the question is, are you paying attention? Or are you distracted?
Is your soul online or is your ego running on fear?

Have you noticed yet that you are NOT alone? That you have a whole entire team, a network of divine powerhouses (including your own soul) that is standing WITH you through every dark, uncertain night and every bright, shinny day?

You are too evolved to spout out the bullsh** of “But wonder if something bad or scary happens?”

DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE???
( I say that with love, because I myself have said the sentence above countless times 🫶)

You are a soul embodied in a small human container living on a rock floating in infinite space. You’ve already experienced the bad and scary.

Call in your inner strength, say a prayer, expect miracles and remember that every chapter of this life has phases and cycles - a beginning and ending.

Devote yourself and your time to the present moment.
You will find that only love is real. 🕊️

Our children are sacred ❤️

Children are already deeply connected to their inner world — their intuition, their emotions, their energy. They feel everything. They absorb everything. And they’re constantly trying to make sense of a world that moves faster than their nervous systems can keep up with.

No part of your existence is a mistake.

Every “mistake”, every wrong turn, every lesson learned and wisdom gained, adds to not only the evolution of your soul, but to the evolution of the collective.

You are a completely unique existence and you are essential to this timeline.

We need you, and ALL of you.
We need your yin and your yang.
Your feminine and your masculine.
Your light and your shadow.

What sets your soul on fire? 🔥

What lights up your spine?
What illuminates your mind?

In what moments does your body feel like it’s transcending from earth and shooting up to the heavens?

If you’re unsure, start exploring the earth.
Start exploring your body and all of your senses.

Cleanse your mind of your foundations and begin again.

Your story is written however you wish it to be written.

It’s okay to start a journey and then choose a different path again and again until it feels aligned.

People will have their opinions.
They’ll have their judgments.
Their thoughts are not yours to carry.

Your bravery and curiosity of all life’s offerings will provide courage and light to those in need of it and those inspired by your authenticity.

It’s okay to step forward uncertain.
You don’t need certainty, you need trust - trust in your higher self and faith in what’s to come.

Promise yourself you’ll keep moving towards the things that make you feel ALIVE.

Remember this earth consumes what’s dead and nourishes what’s alive.
New paths show up in your life only when you’ve made room for them - surrender the parts of yourself that no longer fit into the person you’re becoming.

May the fire of life burn within you - burning away what no longer serves you and illuminating what authentically does. 🔥🕊️
