Men’s health includes mental health.
Many men are taught to stay strong, push through difficulties, and keep their struggles to themselves. But mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout are common—and support is available.
This month, take time to:
✔ Check in with yourself
✔ Schedule preventive healthcare visits
✔ Prioritize sleep, exercise, and self-care
✔ Talk openly about mental health
✔ Reach out for support when needed
