Brain training isn’t just for elite athletes—it can support everyday moms, kids, and entire families, too. 🧠

At Saving Your Brain, we’ve used BrainTap for many years as part of our Brain Training Intensive Program, alongside other advanced technologies.

Dr. Patrick Porter, founder of BrainTap, and Dr. Kelly Miller have shared the many ways brain entrainment may support sleep, stress, anxiety, focus, and neuro-emotional wellness.

We’re thrilled to see athletes like Tom Brady Brady bringing greater attention to this incredible technology—but its potential reaches far beyond professional sports.

Fatty liver doesn’t always announce itself.

Many people have no noticeable symptoms and only discover it after routine bloodwork or imaging. When warning signs do appear, they may include ongoing fatigue, discomfort beneath the right ribs or changes associated with metabolic health.

If you’re concerned about fatty liver, speak with your healthcare provider about the appropriate testing.
Saving Your Brain’s new Fatty Liver Cleanse Diet offers a practical, food-focused approach to supporting healthier daily habits and overall liver wellness.

What can change in just a few days of intensive brain training?

For Glenn’s longtime friend Joe and clinician Dr. Tess, the early changes they observed were hard to miss.

Glenn, 70, came to Saving Your Brain after experiencing significant cognitive decline over the past several years. Joe, who has known Glenn since he was 17, shared that more recently Glenn had struggled to hold conversations and would often respond with only one or two words.

By day three of Glenn’s intensive program with Dr. Kelly Miller and the Saving Your Brain team,
says they were already noticing encouraging differences.

“He’s putting full sentences together. He’s able to do tasks that we haven’t seen him do before.”

Dr. Tess, who works with Glenn regularly, also noticed changes in his communication, expression and engagement.

“It’s been really positive to see the words and the expression… even his smile.”

Every person and every brain is different, and results can vary. But stories like Glenn’s are why we believe in looking deeper and creating individualized programs designed around each person’s needs.

At Saving Your Brain, our intensive programs are designed to support brain function through personalized brain training and neurodevelopmental approaches.
