TampaWell, in partnership with Tampa General Hospital Health and Wellness and Integrative Medicine & Arts teams, invites you to participate in an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program designed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
MBSR is an evidence-based program that helps participants:
โจ Reduce stress, anxiety, and depression
๐ง Improve focus, motivation, and self-awareness
๐ Better manage chronic pain
๐ฟ Enhance overall health and quality of life
Through a combination of mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga and body awareness practices, you'll learn practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater presence and resilience.
