We are beyond honored to announce that Lama Pediatric Therapy has taken home the Bronze Award for Tampa Bay Best of the Best Speech-Language Pathologist!

For the past 7 years, we have worked hard to provide high-quality, individualized care to every child and family who walks through our doors. This recognition means so much to us because it reflects the trust our community has placed in Lama Pediatric Therapy.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all of the families who have trusted us with their children and allowed us to be part of their journey.

And, of course, thank you to our incredible team of SLPs who show up every day with compassion, creativity, and dedication to providing amazing care to the children we serve. We are so proud of you!

This spring was wild with the number of staff members who came into my office saying, “I have to tell you something… I’m pregnant!”

Celebrating three more pregnancies today was such a joy! I am beyond happy for these amazing women and their growing families. I cannot wait to meet all of their sweet babies!

At this point, I think it’s time we open a Lama daycare! 😂😂

🎙️ My first podcast!

I had such a great time sitting down with Rose Griffin | Speech Therapist and BCBA on the ABA Speech podcast to talk about something I’m incredibly passionate about: what it looks like when SLP, OT, and ABA truly work together.

We talked about my somewhat unexpected path to becoming both an SLP and BCBA, how that ultimately led to creating Lama Pediatric Therapy, and the benefits (and challenges!) of building a multidisciplinary practice where collaboration is part of the culture from the very beginning.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share a little bit of our story and what we’ve learned along the way. 💛

We are so proud of all of our Lama Learner graduates! 🎓💙
Over the past 10 weeks, these incredible kids have worked so hard in our Summer School Readiness Program, building the skills and confidence they'll take with them into kindergarten. Today, we had the joy of celebrating their accomplishments alongside their families.
Watching our clients grow is one of the greatest privileges of what we do. While it's bittersweet to say goodbye as many of them head off to kindergarten, we couldn't be more excited to see all they will accomplish in this next chapter.

It's that time of year again! As the new school year approaches, we're partnering with Kennedy Cares Tampa Bay to help local children start the school year with the supplies they need to succeed.

From now through July 31, we're collecting school supplies at Lama Pediatric Therapy, and we'd love your help! Every donation, big or small, makes a difference for students in our community.

Drop off your donations at our clinic during business hours. Thank you for helping us support local families and give children the tools they need for a successful school year.
