If you've been feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, foggy, or like you're constantly running on empty, it's easy to assume it's "just stress."

And sometimes stress is part of the picture.

But chronic stress can affect far more than your mood. It can influence sleep, energy, immune function, hormone balance, and recovery.

For some people, elevated cortisol may also play a role in the reactivation of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), which can contribute to symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, feeling overwhelmed, and that "wired but tired" feeling.

That's why I always encourage people to look beyond symptoms alone and start asking why those symptoms are happening in the first place. ✨

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that life gets a lot more interesting when you stay open to opportunities.

You don’t always know where they’ll lead. Sometimes it’s a conversation, an invitation, a project, or a chance that feels a little outside your comfort zone.

And then one day, you find yourself hiking through the South of France after an incredible week, surrounded by amazing people, unforgettable experiences, and taking in views like this.

Not because you got lucky.

But because you kept saying yes to opportunities that aligned with the life you wanted to build. ✨

The sHEALed premiere was certainly a highlight, but moments like these remind me that some of the best parts of the journey happen in between—the people you meet, the places you discover, and the memories you never could have planned.

Perimenopause changes so much more than most women expect ✨

A lot of women suddenly feel like their body is responding differently overnight. The same workouts stop working. Sleep changes. Belly weight feels more stubborn. Energy feels inconsistent. Stress feels heavier.

And so many women immediately assume they’re doing something wrong.

But perimenopause affects hormones, stress response, blood sugar, sleep, digestion, inflammation, and recovery too.

A lot of the time, the body doesn’t need more punishment.
