One of my favorite experiences was being a goat nanny and teaching baby goat yoga at the Dancing Goat Farm. Between the laughter, movement, fresh air, and playful energy, it was such a beautiful reminder that wellness can be fun, lighthearted, and deeply healing too. 🌿

Sometimes the best kind of therapy comes with tiny hooves and lots of personality. ✨
