📣 Nurses Week Bright Spot: Kimberly Pletz

This Nurses Week, we’re proud to highlight the impact of Kimberly Pletz, RN, MSN, PHN, CCM—an incredible example of The Power of Paradigm Nurses.

After a first responder experienced a catastrophic injury, we received unsolicited feedback from their psychologist. Compared to other workers’ comp experiences, the difference stood out immediately.

Kim ensured timely authorizations, prevented medication delays, expedited access to care, and clearly explained complex medical information—reducing stress for both the injured worker and their family.

Even more impactful, the psychologist shared this was the first true collaboration they’ve experienced with a workers’ compensation care organization in over a decade.
