Emily Stein-Active Isolated Stretching and Body Rolling Practitioner Hi my name is Emily Stein. I am and Active Isolated Stretching Yamuna® Body Rolling, and Foot Fitness Practitioner. People of all ages can benefit.

I am a Stretching and Mobility specialist who helps men and women reduce pain, stress, tension and feel better in their bodies through Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Yamuna® Body Rolling. Emily helps individuals improve their flexibility and range of motion. In doing so you will feel better and be able to improve all physical activities, and reduce your chance of injuries. ng are effective in reducing back pain, sciatica, carpel tunnel syndrome, shoulder/neck pain, knee pain, flat feet and plantar fasciitis, and general body stress.
