Summer break is HERE — and we have some exciting news! 🌷

Today, we wrapped up another Safe Sitter® class, and our newest group of middle school students is now officially certified and ready to babysit safely and confidently in our community. These students learned essential skills including child safety, basic care, emergency response, and how to be responsible caregivers.

A big thank you to Dr. Madison Schmidt, who served as the instructor and helped prepare these students with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.

Thank you to QDOBA of Terre Haute for a delicious lunch!

The 2026 Coordinated Health Pickleball Tournament is officially in the books, and what a day it was!

Numbers aside, the true impact of this event will be felt far beyond the court. Because of the generosity, support, and community spirit shared this past weekend, we are able to continue supporting the health and well-being of students, families, and educators throughout the VCSC community.

A huge congratulations to our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners from the Coordinated Health Program Annual Pickleball Tournament! These players really brought the heat, served up some serious competition, and proved they were kind of a big dill. 💪🥒
