🌿 MY MIND & BODY RESTORATION PROGRAM 🌿
Heal Your Mind. Transform Your Body. Restore Your Life.
This is more than a new service at Lavish Me Spa. Mind & Body Restoration is a 6-month, faith-based holistic day treatment program designed to help adults create real, sustainable change, mentally, emotionally and physically.
And there is a very intentional reason why I created it. 💚
Through my years in the wellness and weight-loss space, I’ve seen people lose weight… and gain it back. Start over… and stop again. Know what they need to do, but struggle with the habits, stress, emotions, environment and mindset that make actually doing it so difficult.
And it made me realize:
Sometimes the body isn’t the only thing that needs restoration.
I wanted to create something that went deeper.
Something that addressed the mind AND the body.
Something that incorporated mental and emotional wellness, nutrition, movement, healthier habits, accountability, community, faith and purpose.
Because lasting transformation isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about learning how to take care of YOU.
I created Mind & Body Restoration for the person who is tired of starting over.
For the person who pours into everyone else but has forgotten how to pour into themselves.
For the person who wants to become healthier but needs structure, support and accountability along the way.
For the person who isn’t looking for another temporary fix but is finally ready to make a lifestyle change. 🤞🏾
Over the next 6 months, we’re going to work on more than your body.
We’re working on your mindset. Your habits. Your confidence. Your relationship with food and movement. Your emotional wellness. Your faith. Your purpose. And ultimately, your life. 🌿
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
You just have to be willing to take the first step.
