So the topic today is How to prepare for cosmetic surgery:

My best advice is start by getting a full blood panel screen done. Check your levels and know where you stand. This will let you know if you’re not at risk for any underline health issues. Once cleared. . . Proceed

Start working out now to get your body strong for recovery and lose some weight prior, so you can be closer to your desire body goals post surgery.

Hydration is key to speedy recovery!

Start taking daily supplements (vitamins) to build your immune system.

Research a doctor and see if he/she specializes in your body type and BMI.

Of course check that they’re double board certified.

Prepare for your aftercare immediately when you secure your deposit for your surgery date.

Aftercare can and will make or break your results so be ready to invest in that too.

Aftercare including: stay post surgery (hotel, recovery home etc) massages, garments, supplies and travel.

And lastly and most importantly, make sure you’re doing it for YOU & mentally ready for the process.
