She makes every resident feel heard and important by listening carefully and responding with genuine enthusiasm. Her promptness and caring approach create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. Lucy exemplifies Hospitality Promise #6, We Make You Feel Important.

Serena, our STAR employee of the month for March, exemplifies outstanding service through every interaction. She treats both residents and staff with courteous respect, Hospitality Promise #2 and always goes the extra mile by asking, “Is there anything else I can do for you?” Her positive attitude and dedication create a welcoming and supportive environment.
