đ¨ Desk workers, parents, athletes, and anyone who spends too much time looking down at a phoneâthis one's for you.
Try Wall Angels:
âď¸ Improves shoulder mobility
âď¸ Helps counteract rounded shoulders
âď¸ Activates the muscles that support better posture
âď¸ Can reduce stiffness in the upper back and neck
đ Stand with your heels, butt, upper back, and head against a wall.
đ Bring your arms into a goalpost position.
đ Slowly slide your arms up and down while maintaining contact with the wall.
The goal isn't speedâit's control. If you can't keep everything touching the wall, that's okay. That's your body telling you where it needs a little extra mobility and strength.
Give it 10 slow reps and let us know how it feels!
