🚨 Desk workers, parents, athletes, and anyone who spends too much time looking down at a phone—this one's for you.

Try Wall Angels:

✔️ Improves shoulder mobility
✔️ Helps counteract rounded shoulders
✔️ Activates the muscles that support better posture
✔️ Can reduce stiffness in the upper back and neck

👉 Stand with your heels, butt, upper back, and head against a wall.
👉 Bring your arms into a goalpost position.
👉 Slowly slide your arms up and down while maintaining contact with the wall.

The goal isn't speed—it's control. If you can't keep everything touching the wall, that's okay. That's your body telling you where it needs a little extra mobility and strength.

And that’s usually where injuries start.

Dr. Michael sees it often—runners, lifters, golfers, weekend warriors—people with solid strength but hidden compensation patterns.

Because the body always finds a way to get the job done.

If the hips aren’t moving well, the low back takes over.
If the mid-back is stiff, the shoulders compensate.
If the neck is tight, tension spreads everywhere.

As your bump grows, it can shift your center of gravity and place more strain on your low back, pelvis, and surrounding structures.

One simple way I support my pregnant patients → KT taping for the belly.

It can help:
• provide gentle lift + support
• reduce strain on the low back
• ease round ligament discomfort

Every body (and every pregnancy) is different, so taping can be adjusted based on comfort and skin sensitivity.
