Meet Sharon!
If you've ever been told you're "bone-on-bone" and that knee replacement surgery is your only option, Sharon's story is one you'll want to read.
An avid fi****ms enthusiast, Sharon spends multiple weekends each year attending tactical shooting courses that range from single-day events to week-long training camps. These aren't casual range days—they involve hours of walking on rough terrain, repeated kneeling, standing, prone drills, and long days on her feet.
Just a few years ago, she wasn't sure she'd be able to keep doing what she loved.
Here's Sharon's story, in her own words:
"Over six years ago, I was told I had 'bone-on-bone' severe osteoarthritis and needed a complete knee replacement. At that point, I had already been living with mild to severe knee pain for more than 10 years.
Today, I'm still amazed at what I can do.
Last week, I spent hours walking on rough, uneven ground at the range, performing repeated drop-down drills (standing to knees, standing to prone, standing to sitting), getting back up and doing it all over again. After two full days of training—12 to 15 hours on my feet, constantly moving between the 25-, 50-, and 60-yard lines—I finished with no knee pain.
Just two years ago, that would've seemed impossible. Before every range day, I'd take two Aleve just to make it through the day. I'd come home limping, ice my knee for hours, and deal with constant pain.
That's when I discovered the Knee-On-Trac decompression system at Keystone Wellness, along with PEMF therapy.
I can't say enough about the success I've had. Today, I'm living pain-free—without surgery, without daily pain medication, and without the limitations I once thought I'd have for the rest of my life. For me, it's been life-changing."
