The Neck Exercises I Wish I Started At 30….
I'm not a fan of the dreaded turkey neck that comes along with aging and don't think there's a magic cream that can fix it.
Most women spend hundreds on creams, serums, and treatments... but completely ignore the muscles underneath the skin. Your neck changes with age too
