That's a wrap on our 2026 DCW Appreciation Week celebrations! ⭐💚

We’re closing out our week of highlights with our Casa Grande team and reflecting on an incredible week celebrating Direct Care Workers across Phoenix, Kingman, Yuma, Tucson, and Casa Grande.

Throughout our celebrations, we had the chance to come together, recognize outstanding DCWs, give away some amazing raffle prizes, and most importantly, say THANK YOU to the people who make such an impact every single day.

We are incredibly grateful to the businesses and community partners who donated raffle prizes and helped us make these events special for our teams.

And to ALL of our Soreo DCWs across Arizona — thank you for your compassion, dedication, and the care you provide every day. We appreciate you not just during DCW Appreciation Week, but all year long! 💚⭐

The DCW Appreciation Week Recap Continues! 💚⭐

Today, we’re recapping the celebration of our amazing Direct Care Workers in Yuma and Tucson! It was such a joy to bring our teams together and recognize the compassion, commitment, and heart our DCWs bring to their work each day.

We also had the opportunity to recognize some exceptional DCWs with special awards and send some lucky raffle winners home with prizes generously donated by businesses and community partners who helped us celebrate our teams.

To our Yuma and Tucson DCWs — thank you for the difference you make in the lives of the people we serve. We are so grateful for you!

Last week was all about celebrating the incredible Direct Care Workers who make a difference every day at Soreo! ⭐💚

We’re kicking off our 2026 DCW Appreciation Week recap with our Kingman and Phoenix teams! From recognizing some of our outstanding DCWs to raffle prizes, good food, and time spent together, we loved having the opportunity to celebrate the people who bring so much compassion and dedication to the individuals we serve.

A special congratulations to our award recipients, and a huge thank you to the local businesses and community partners who generously donated raffle prizes to help make these celebrations extra special!

To our Kingman and Phoenix DCWs — thank you for everything you do. We appreciate you!

Siobhan Gonzales is a shining example of someone who was “Called to Care.” Long before she earned her Direct Support Professional title, she grew up helping care for her autistic brother, an experience that gave her an understanding of what families want: someone they can truly trust.

Today, she brings that perspective to her work supporting two young individuals with their daily routines and goals.
