Nobody should have to figure out motherhood alone.

Meet Amber, our Building Blocks Coordinator! Building Blocks is for pregnant moms and moms with little ones six months and younger who are looking for community, support, and encouragement as they navigate motherhood. It’s a place where moms can build relationships, find support, and know they don’t have to do motherhood alone.

Her job? Making sure our mentors feel equipped and supported as they pour into moms, and making sure each mom feels seen, encouraged, and equipped as she grows in motherhood.

Te invitamos a Building Blocks en español aquí en AXIA Center — un espacio donde las mamás pueden aprender, compartir y apoyarse unas a otras.

Cada mes nos reunimos para hablar sobre temas importantes como el embarazo, el cuidado del bebé y la vida como mamá. Pero también es un tiempo para conectar, hacer amistades y recibir ánimo de otras mujeres que están viviendo etapas similares.

Además, las participantes pueden ganar puntos que pueden usarse para artículos para su bebé, como pañales, ropa, carriolas, cunas y más.

Nos encantaría que nos acompañes! ¡Pasaremos un buen tiempo y tendremos comida!

Great Expectations meets the first Saturday of every month at The AXIA Center. It’s FREE and open to women in their last trimester.

In this reel, Colleen walks through what active labor really feels like and why practicing comfort positions and exercises beforehand makes such a difference.

This isn't just theory, it's hands-on practice you and your partner actually do together, so when the moment comes, you both already know what to try.

Because labor support isn't just about your partner showing up. It's about them knowing how to help.

You don’t have to walk through your pregnancy or motherhood alone when you join Building Blocks!

As a new mom in our program, you’ll be paired with a caring mentor through your pregnancy and your baby's first year.

Your mentor will be there for you, answer the questions you're afraid to ask, celebrate the wins, and remind you that you're capable, even on the hard days.
