Everyone’s journey is different.

And what works for me may not work for you.

Because if you can’t see yourself doing it for years…

Once I created a routine that works FOR ME everything changed!✨

-I need a mid week break
-4 days Is more than enough to hit my goals
-3 days off for recovery is NEEDED in my late 30’s
-I’m gonna still go out and have a good meal & drinks in moderation!💯

Listen to your body always! What works for one person may not work for you! We all are beautifully created different!

June is my birthday month, and one thing about me?
I’m going to romanticize it everytimmme!!!

This month is filled with solo dates, laser appointments, Sephora runs, good music, and simply being where my feet are🌹

What’s been most surprising is how much I’ve enjoyed discovering the feminine side of myself…

Finding my signature scents, statement pieces, and personal style has been fun, but it’s also shown me parts of me that were buried under survival mode for years🥹

The glow up isn’t just physical..
Sometimes it’s learning who you are when you’re finally at peace🌹

6ft 200 lbs…Coming to an airport near you. 😂✈️

12 days until summer🔥
The bikini is getting worn.
The trips are getting booked.
The memories will be made💃🏾

Because confidence isn’t a destination…
it’s a decision. 🌹

✨ 3 things I’m focused on to stay tight this summer:

1️⃣ Hydration — 100 oz minimum daily.
2️⃣ 12K steps a day — movement is medicine.
3️⃣ Learning to be satisfied, not stuffed‼️
(there’s a HUGE difference)

Your time is NOW💞🗣️
Not 10 pounds from now.
Not next summer.
Not when life is perfect.
