Why I Broke Up With Coffee ☕🚫
For years, it was my essential fuel. But the side effects piled up until I couldn’t ignore them. Here’s why I switched:

High caffeine can spike cortisol (the stress hormone), which is linked to hair thinning. My daily cups were working against my hair health goals.
