Important Clinic Hours Update....
Effective immediately, our office will close at noon on Fridays.
Dr. Poock and the entire Cedar Valley Primary Care team sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding as we have worked through many clinic changes over the past six months. We apologize for having to discontinue evening and weekend hours, as well as walk-in appointments for patients who are not established with Cedar Valley Primary Care. These are not changes we wanted to make.
Because Dr. Poock is currently our only provider, appointment availability and office wait times will likely be affected. We appreciate your continued patience and promise to provide every patient with the best care possible.
If you call and cannot get an appointment as soon as you believe you need one, please ask to speak with one of our nurses. They will help determine the best option for your care. If you are acutely ill or have an urgent medical need, we will make sure you are taken care of.
Calling ahead is strongly preferred so we can recommend the best arrival time and help you avoid a long wait. However, if you must walk in with an urgent medical need, we will take care of you.
