Your body continuously adjusts nutrients, immune factors, and other components based on your baby's age and needs.
Which is honestly impressive because I can't even keep my car's check engine light from coming on.
The milk:
✨ adapting
✨ updating
✨ responding to developmental needs
Me:
✨ eating shredded cheese over the sink
✨ forgetting why I walked into a room
✨ emotionally attached to a cup of coffee
We're all doing our best.
