We apologize for any delays in getting your medication due to our wholesaler being unable to deliver medications the first part of this week because of the weather. We anticipate them being caught up by the end of the week. We will work as best we can to get you taken care of until that happens.

Please be advised: due to the weather many of our staff are unable to make it to the pharmacy this morning. We will do our best to operate as normal as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Deliveries will be only as absolutely necessary until road conditions improve. We will be open tomorrow as normal.

Good morning!
After a little over a week of introducing our new pharmacy assistant, Gretta I’d like to go over a few of our most frequent comments/question:

You can still use your prescription number by choosing option 3 and enter them in.
You can also tell Gretta your prescription number.
Gretta will link the number you’re calling from to your profile.
If you’re calling in for someone else not linked to that number, such as a child or spouse, you can tell Gretta that persons date of birth. She’ll then ask to confirm both date of birth and name of the person you’re calling in for.
For your birthday, you can either use August 1(st), 1960 or 8/1/1960. Either should work.

After confirming who you are, you can ask to refill your prescription usng the name, your prescription number, or say something like refill my blood pressure, stomach meds, cholesterol meds, asthma meds, etc. Gretta will list off any of those meds in those drug classes to see what you’re needing refilled.

You can also ask if your prescription is ready. It will look at our internal workflow process. If she says:
It’s on hold, that means it needs to be filled still.
It’s waiting for fill or waiting to be check, it has been processed and a pharmacist needs to give the final check.
If it’s ready to be picked up, then it’s ready to go!

Please try to speak as clear as possible. She will also get distracted by background noises. Sometimes thats unavoidable, and just ask to be transferred to the pharmacy.

In an effort to streamline as much as possible we have added a team member to the pharmacy staff
We’d like to introduce Gretta, our AI pharmacy assistant. Gretta will answer our phones and help with requesting refills (even if you don’t know your refill number), checking the status of your refill, our hours, etc.
All you have to do is tell Gretta what you want to do and she should be able to help or direct your call the best place in the pharmacy.
She’s still learning so be patient, but we will continue to enhance her capabilities as she learns!
We hope Gretta is able to help answer questions quicker and make your experience even better!

Attention:
For people coming to the pharmacy on Friday, January 23rd from around 9:30 am until around 10:30 am. We are participating in a news conference for a study we are participating in. It involves screening for lung cancer. We just wanted to make people aware as it could cause some disruption in areas of the pharmacy being blocked off.
If you’re interested in the study please ask Rob or Noemy!
