What is diaphragmatic breathing?
Also called belly breathing or deep breathing, it’s a way of breathing in which the diaphragm—the main muscle of respiration located beneath the lungs—plays the primary role in each breath.
Practicing diaphragmatic breathing while doing a passive exercise—holding a specific position for a set amount of time—is a great way to help train your body to breathe more efficiently.

Experience gentle postural alignment exercises designed to improve mobility, posture, and body awareness. As you move, you'll discover your current range of motion, identify differences between your right and left sides, and learn how those imbalances can affect the way you move. You'll also learn simple techniques you can use throughout the day to support better alignment and movement.
