🤖 AI can be a useful tool for mental health support, but it should never be your only tool.
We are living in a time where technology can offer quick answers, coping ideas, and even emotional support. That can be helpful. But when it comes to your mental health, convenience should never replace real, personalized care.
AI can support you, educate you, and help you organize your thoughts, but it cannot fully understand your lived experience, your relationships, or the complexity of being human. Use technology wisely, ask questions, and remember that professional guidance and human connection still matter.
