What is Xanga? 💫

Xanga is a sacred smoking blend traditionally infused with DMT and botanical allies. For many, it can become a doorway into an expanded state of consciousness - an invitation to step beyond the familiar and experience reality from a different perspective.

People may experience profound shifts in perception, a sense of connection, encounters with seemingly otherworldly realms, deep stillness, or a feeling of dissolving into something much greater than themselves.

But perhaps the real invitation is deeper than the experience itself.

🌿 To remember.
To become quiet enough to hear what lives beneath the noise.
To meet parts of ourselves we may have forgotten.
To release what no longer serves us.
And to listen for the wisdom that has been within us all along.

I don’t believe these experiences are about finding something outside of ourselves.

Perhaps they are about remembering what was never truly lost.

A journey into consciousness.
A journey into connection.
A journey home to the True Self. ✨

If you feel called to explore this Medicine, I offer a Educational & Discovery Call - a space to connect, ask questions, explore your intentions, and share what preparation and integration can look like for this experience

🪶 My Reflection from My Meeting with the Hawk

I was just beginning my day when this beautiful hawk appeared, seemingly waiting for me. Perhaps I needed that moment more than I realized.

With a full schedule, my mind had already played out every minute of the day.

There is no room for error. Stay on schedule, or you’ll fall behind and disappoint people.

Sound familiar?

I found myself wrestling with responsibility, obligation, and that familiar desire not to disappoint others.

Somewhere along the way, I had slipped into doing mode instead of being present mode.

My commitments matter. If I say I’m going to do something, I honor it. But how much of my peace am I sacrificing to the pressure I place on myself?

How much of this urgency is necessary, and how much comes from perfectionism and the fear of letting others down?

My body is tired and needs more sleep. My mind wants to control every minute. And my soul desires community and connection.

All of these things can be true at once.

And then there is this beautiful hawk, inviting me to pause, widen my perspective, and remember that I am more than my productivity.

My worth is not measured by how perfectly I manage my day.

There is a difference between honoring my responsibilities and abandoning myself in the process.

This is a lesson I continue to explore in my own life and through my work in coaching, healing, and integration.

We can spend so much time trying to make life happen that we forget to actually be here for it.

Perhaps the hawk’s message isn’t that I need to do more. Perhaps it’s an invitation to rise above the noise, release the need to control every outcome, and allow life to meet me where I am.

I can be responsible without being consumed by responsibility. I can care deeply without carrying everything.

Sometimes, the greatest practice is simply being present for the life I already have. 🤍

How do I bring intention into the everyday, not just the extraordinary?

There is something powerful about slowing down enough to be present with the things we do every day.

The ordinary moments are often where the real practice happens.

What’s one everyday thing you could do with a little more intention this week?

He’s not a Kambo frog… but when I saw this little guy resting among my plants, I couldn’t help but smile.

For me, frogs have become a beautiful reminder of the Medicine of Kambo and the relationship I’ve cultivated with this work.

With travel, a full schedule, facilitating ceremonies, and holding space for others, I realized it’s been a couple of months since I’ve made the time to sit with the Medicine myself.

Maybe this little visitor was simply a reminder:

Make time for yourself, too.

The medicine isn’t only about what we offer others. It’s also about tending to our own relationship with healing, ceremony, and self-care.

Sometimes the message arrives quietly, when you least expect it. 🐸 I’m so grateful for this little guy

If you’ve recently sat in ceremony and find yourself wondering, “Okay… now what?”
That’s where integration can be helpful.

🪶 I offer transformational coaching to help you explore what you’re experiencing and how you want to move forward.

I used to think growth meant constantly pushing myself to the next level.

Now I see it differently.

Sometimes growth looks like slowing down.
Sometimes it looks like saying no.
Sometimes it looks like changing direction.

And sometimes it looks like doing absolutely nothing and letting yourself breathe.

I’m still learning this one. 😂

Some journeys are measured in miles.

Others are measured in the connections we make, the lessons we receive, and the ways we allow ourselves to go deeper. ❤️

As I finish my Changa training here in Los Angeles with Suzi Kalypso I’m feeling an immense sense of gratitude.

Gratitude for the Medicine.
Gratitude for the teachings.
Gratitude for the beautiful people I’ve met along the way.
And gratitude for the opportunity to sit in community—to hold space, to listen, to learn, to share, and to grow together.

There is something powerful about learning in community. Each person brings their own experience, their own wisdom, their own story—and somehow, when we come together with openness and respect, we all become teachers and students at the same time.

I’m leaving Los Angeles with more than what I arrived with.

A deeper relationship with the spirit of the Medicine.
New connections that I hope will continue long beyond this training.
New teachings to integrate.
And a renewed respect for the responsibility of holding space for others.

My bags may be packed, but the journey continues.

I’m carrying these teachings, these connections, and these experiences with me as I continue walking my own path—and supporting others on theirs.

With a full heart.
With deep gratitude.
And with so much more still to learn. From my❤️ to yours, Infinite Blessings My Friends

🐸 A little Kambo fact:

Phyllomedusa bicolor, the frog associated with Kambo, is an arboreal species that spends much of its life in the rainforest canopy.

It’s adapted to an environment that’s very different from ours, including the ability to conserve water through its skin.

Nature is pretty incredible.
