I’m so excited to share that I’ll be joining the team at ASCEND Get Lifted in Salem part-time this fall, offering Aura Photography & Analysis! 🌈✨

If you’ve never experienced aura photography, it’s such a fun and unique Salem experience! Using the AuraCamera® 6000, your aura is captured in a beautiful photo showing the colors surrounding you in that moment. I’ll then walk you through the different colors in your aura and what they traditionally represent, giving you insight into your energy, personality, emotions and more. 💫

ASCEND is located right in the heart of Salem on Essex Street and offers all kinds of unique spiritual and metaphysical experiences, along with crystals, jewelry and gifts.

I’ll be there on select Mondays & Fridays, and I’m really excited to meet new people, share the experience, and be part of such a fun Salem destination! 🥰

I recently saw a post from a mama who was struggling.

Struggling with her mental health.
Struggling with the overwhelm of a cluttered home.
Struggling with the weight of feeling like everything had become too much.

She said she was looking for a miracle.

And my heart whispered:

The miracle is already here.

Not because someone is coming to rescue her.
Not because a perfectly organized house will suddenly erase the hard things.

But because sometimes healing starts with something deceptively simple:

A drawer.
A countertop.
A corner of the room.
A little space to breathe again.

When our homes feel heavy, our nervous systems often do too. The clutter becomes more than “stuff.” It becomes postponed decisions, overwhelm, guilt, exhaustion, and proof (or so we tell ourselves) that we’re somehow failing.

But what if this season isn’t proof you’re broken?

What if it’s proof you need support?

This is exactly why I created my 30-Day Declutter Reset — not to help women become Pinterest-perfect… but to help overwhelmed mamas feel lighter, calmer, clearer, and more like themselves again.

Decluttering changed my life in a way I didn’t expect

It wasn’t just about getting rid of things
It helped me get clear on who I was
who I am
and who I am becoming

I started releasing everything that didn’t match that version of me
old sweaters
jewelry from past relationships
photos and items that no longer felt like love

I believe everything holds energy
and as I cleared my space I cleared myself

I created room for a new life
one that actually reflects my values

Right now I’m living it
being present with my family
making memories
feeling free
