When Vintage Hotels became our very first luxury hotel retailer, we drove to Niagara-on-the-Lake just to see it for ourselves.

The spa director welcomed us with a tour of the beautiful property before showing us the shelves where our tea baths were displayed. Seeing something we once packed at home sitting inside a luxury hotel spa felt completely surreal.

I’ve always loved taking colourful baths, but bath bombs and synthetic dyes often left my skin feeling itchy and irritated afterward.

Part 3 of our journey to the St. Regis Spa 💚

Packing our largest St. Regis order yet was one of those moments that made us pause and appreciate how far Inoki has come.

Every tea bath was carefully prepared and packed by our team, knowing it would soon become part of someone’s restorative spa experience.

What began with one introduction has grown into a partnership we are incredibly grateful for. Seeing something that once existed only as an idea now sitting inside one of Toronto’s most beautiful spas is a feeling we will never take for granted.

It began with a thoughtful recommendation from the Four Seasons team, which led the St. Regis team to discover our booth at a spa conference and fall in love with the idea of bathing in tea.

One introduction became the beginning of a partnership we could have only dreamed of.

A small packaging update, but a big milestone for us!

When we first started offering our heritage minis, we used sticker labels because that was what made sense at the time. We were still growing, still learning, and still figuring out what our customers connected with most.

Now, our minis have their own custom boxes with individual artwork and recipes printed directly on the packaging.

It is one of those behind-the-scenes changes that might seem simple, but means so much to us as a growing brand.
