I first worked with the “Lazy Eight” as part of my Brain Gym 🧠 training and practice. I’ve used it personally and professionally in classrooms all over the country and with my athletes.

Now I end Vibrational Sound Tuning sessions with variations of Infinity. Infinity legs, elbows, hands, drawing, around the eyes….

I find it integrative, harmonizing and balancing for my clients.

Try it - trace the infinity pattern first with your left foot, then right foot then both feet. Notice the difference!

The infinity symbol is ∞, a mathematical emblem representing a limitless or endless concept.

I love working with Om Unison—two weighted Om tuning forks of the same frequency—on corresponding Potent Points on each side of the body. 💛

Within our signature Potent Points, Practices & Patterns™ work, we explore these points as gateways to emotional integration, the harmonizing of yin and yang, deeper insight and new possibilities for how we experience and express ourselves.

In the energetic framework we work with, the throat is a sacred center of expression, with a yin aspect at the front of the neck and a yang aspect at the back. It is understood as an upper-octave expression of the sacral chakra—connecting creativity, relationship and the voice through which we bring our inner world into form.

Bridging head and body, the throat becomes a passageway between thought and feeling, personal truth and transpersonal awareness. In some esoteric traditions, it is described as a window to expanded perception—a gateway between inner knowing and outward expression.

Frequency Matters!!

The molecule that carries our ancestry may hold another kind of significance in its intricate architecture. Beyond the sequence of its genetic letters, DNA possesses electrical properties and a physical organization that have inspired a provocative scientific hypothesis: it may interact with electromagnetic fields in ways resembling a fractal antenna.

In 2011, Columbia University researchers Martin Blank and Reba Goodman explored this idea in the International Journal of Radiation Biology. Their paper, “DNA is a fractal antenna in electromagnetic fields,” examined published reports of electromagnetic effects on DNA and cellular stress responses. They proposed that DNA’s capacity for electronic conduction and its compact, repeating organization could help explain interactions across different frequency ranges. (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov⁠)

The fascination lies in the relationship between shape and sensitivity. In antenna engineering, repeating geometries can allow a compact structure to interact with multiple frequency bands. Applied to DNA, this raises a compelling possibility: its physical organization may contribute to how genetic material responds to its electromagnetic surroundings.

Related work in Frontiers in Nanotechnology investigates conducting structures modeled on DNA’s double helix. Researchers have shown through modeling how these helices can resonate and respond selectively to the circular polarization of electromagnetic waves. Their geometry and handedness influence their interaction with the field, offering possibilities for nanoscale devices and engineered materials. (frontiersin.org⁠)

Together, these lines of inquiry invite us to look more closely at the architecture of life. A genetic sequence tells us which letters appear and in what order. Its physical structure raises additional questions about how that information-bearing molecule interacts with energy.

Could such interactions contribute to communication within or between living cells? That remains an open research question. Establishing it would require demonstrating a biological signal, a receiving mechanism, and a meaningful cellular response under normal living conditions.

The antenna hypothesis has not established that DNA operates as a cellular radio network or explains consciousness and energy healing. Its value lies in a more specific possibility: that the electrical properties and organization of genetic material deserve attention alongside its chemical sequence.

There is something profound in that invitation. We have learned to read the letters of life with extraordinary precision, while still exploring what their living arrangement makes possible. The double helix continues to ask us to consider how information, form, and energy meet within a single molecule.
