I feel like the term "nervous system regulation' has been coming up A LOT lately.

At a sound bath, you can expect to leave feeling deeply relaxed, with less stress, and an overall feeling of balance between the body and mind. NO water needed!

Here are some other things you can expect if you attend one of my monthy sound baths:
✨I will have available for you a thick yoga mat, blanket, and bolster for your comfort (you may bring a pillow or anything extra you would like)
✨You will enjoy the sounds of many different healing instruments as well as periods of silence to carry you through this meditative experience
✨You should plan on dressing comfortably so you can rest and enjoy your experience
✨You may experience feelings of extreme well being and even improved sleep afterwards
I always call a sound bath the EASIEST way to meditate! Even if you've never meditated before, or struggle with meditation. A sound bath is the way to go. If your mind starts to drift, the sound and vibration from the instruments bring you back to yourself, everytime. Just show up, willing to listen, and relax!

Thought it might be time for a little re-introduction.

I work with people looking for pain-relief, looking to calm their nervous system, looking for a return to an active life after surgery or injury, looking to maintain feeling great in their bodies, or looking to feel like themselves again in the Central Ohio area.

My tools are myofascial release and sound therapy. And you don't have to know all there is to know about how they work for them to be helpful. I chose these tools for a reason... they help me too.

I learned this early on in my massage therapy career, but it is a lesson that we must keep coming back to again and again.

I think when clients come in they may understand what this means, and they may not fully, and either way I am there to hold space and help teach them what this may feel like in their body. Sometimes it just takes encouragement to feel, or permission to let go, or a moment of quiet. But is doesn’t change the lesson, the body, through the fascia, carries your story.
