Today is Clinical Trials Day and this year, it lands with particular meaning for us.

If you’ve been following along, you know that we recently posted results from the EVANTHEA trial, a nine-month, randomized, controlled study testing a precision medicine approach for early dementia or mild cognitive impairment. The findings challenged long-held assumptions about cognitive decline, and they opened a door that many in the field didn’t think was open.

None of it would have been possible without the participants who enrolled, the investigators who designed and ran the trial, and the site teams who showed up every single day.

Clinical research is hard. But when trials are done right, the results can change the conversation entirely.

To everyone who was part of this trial: thank you.
