Movement can be quiet.
It can be slow.
It can meet you exactly where you are.

Yoga and fitness don’t have to overwhelm your nervous system to be healthy. For neurodivergent bodies, gentle movement can support regulation, ease, and connection—without pressure to perform or push.

Breathe. Stretch. Strengthen in small ways. Rest when needed.

This is movement rooted in compassion, choice, and safety.
