If you’re reading this and something resonates, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Whether what you’re experiencing feels spiritual, energetic, emotional, or nervous-system related, sometimes it helps to have a grounded space to explore what is yours, what isn’t, and what may be influencing your experience.

Part of the work I do is helping people assess what they’re noticing, strengthen their connection to themselves, clear what no longer belongs, and return to a place of greater clarity, regulation, and alignment.

Not from fear.
Not from dependency.
But from empowerment, awareness, and coming back to your own inner knowing.

If this speaks to you, feel free to reach out.

Another system I am working with today. I wanted to share another meditation.

💜 Lavender Petal Energy and Prayer Exercise 💜

1. Prepare your space
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Let your body feel supported. Take a slow breath in, and breathe out softly. Allow your shoulders to relax. Let your face soften. Let your hands rest gently, either on your lap or over your heart.

2. Open your heart
Bring your attention to your heart. Imagine a soft light there, like a warm glow inside your chest. You do not need to force anything. Simply notice this space within you and allow it to open in a natural way.

3. Activate the energy
Mentally state once: Lavender Petal. T
hen relax and let the energy flow. You may feel warmth, softness, peace, or a light movement around you. You may also simply feel calm. Trust that the energy is flowing in the way that is right for you.

4. Receive the gentle blessing
Imagine a soft lavender light coming from above. It flows around you like delicate petals. Each petal carries love, care, and comfort. Let this energy surround you like a tender cocoon.

Feel that you are being held with kindness. Feel that you are safe. Feel that you are allowed to rest.

5. Place your hand on your heart
If it feels right, place one or both hands over your heart. Let the warmth of your hands remind you that you are worthy of love and care. Breathe gently and say inside yourself: I receive tenderness. I receive peace. I receive love. I allow my heart to soften.

6. Pray with compassion
Now bring your prayer into the energy.
You can pray to Mother Mary, or you can simply pray from your heart.
You may say:
Dear Mother Mary, please bless me with your loving and soothing energy. Help my heart become softer, kinder, and more patient. Help me feel safe, cherished, and held. Let this Lavender Petal energy bring comfort to every part of me that needs love.

7. Send the energy to others
When you feel ready, think of someone who needs comfort and whose permission for a session you have. It can be a loved one, a child, a friend, or someone who is suffering.

Mentally state again: Lavender Petal.

Relax and let the energy flow. Imagine the same soft lavender light surrounding them with care. See them being gently held, blessed, and comforted.

8. Awaken kindness within you
Bring your attention back to your own heart. Feel how this energy helps you become more loving, more patient, and more understanding. Say quietly inside yourself: May I become the person I once needed. May I bring tenderness into the world. May my words, thoughts, and actions carry love.

9. Rest in the energy
Stay in this peaceful space for a few moments. Let the energy continue to flow without effort. You can simply breathe, receive, and rest.

10. Close with gratitude
When you feel complete, thank Mother Mary, the Lavender Petal energy, and your own heart.

You may say:
Thank you for this blessing.
Thank you for this love.
Thank you for this peace.
Take one final deep breath. Feel your body, your heart, and the space around you. When you are ready, open your eyes and carry this softness with you.

I was learning a new system called "Feeling of Oneness" it works with Archangel Gabriel. I thought i would share the excersise i was doing to work with the energies. Enjoy.💜💜💜

Feeling of Oneness Exercise:
This is a simple energy exercise to connect, soften, and let healing move through you.

1. Set your space:
Find a quiet place. Sit or lie down. Let your hands rest gently in your lap or at your sides. If you like, close your eyes.

2. Begin the flow:
Take one slow breath in and out. Now, mentally state once: “Feeling of Oneness” to start the energy flow. After you say it, relax your jaw, your shoulders, and your belly.

3. Invite the white crystal light:
Imagine a white, clear, sparkling light above your head. It feels crisp, soothing, and kind. You do not need to force it. Simply allow it to be there.

4. Let it come through you:
With your next breaths, imagine this light gently moving down through your head, throat, heart, belly, and hips. Like fresh water, it flows around tight places and softens them.

5. Place your hand where you need it:
Put one hand on your heart. Then place your other hand on any area that needs support today, like your head, belly, throat, or lower back. Hold your hands there with tenderness.

6. Choose one pure intention:
In a quiet voice inside, choose one simple intention, such as:
“May I be guided by love.”
“May healing be gentle and true.”
“May I remember our connection.”
Say only one, and let it be enough.

7. Feel the circle of connection:
Imagine that the light in you is connected to all life through God. Youare not separate from anyone. You are part of one living circle. Let this understanding settle into your heart, even if it feels small.

8. Soften time with kindness:
Bring to mind one situation that feels unfinished. Keep it simple.
Now whisper inside: “Healing now helps all moments.” Let the light touch it like a calm hand. No effort, only care.

9. Send a quiet blessing outward:
Picture a person, an animal, or a place that could use gentle support. From your heart, send the same white crystal light with a kind wish. Keep it brief, like: “May peace reach you.” Then release it, trusting the quality of your intention.

10. Close with humility and gratitude:
Take three slow breaths. Thank God for the connection. Thank yourself for showing up with a kind heart. When you are ready, open your eyes and return slowly.

After the exercise:
If you feel emotional, tired, reflective, or quiet, let that be okay. Drink water. Rest if you need to. This energy works in layers, and your gentleness helps it move.

I think one of the hardest truths I’ve had to face is that just because I thought I was loving didn’t mean I was living from my heart.

Trauma is sneaky.

It can make the voice of fear sound like wisdom.
It can make protection feel like love.
It can make judgment feel like discernment.
It can make control feel like safety.

The mind becomes so loud that eventually we stop hearing the quieter voice underneath it all.

The heart doesn’t spend its days judging.
It doesn’t spend its energy proving.
It doesn’t spend its time keeping score.

The heart isn’t worried about who is right, who is wrong, who deserves love, or whether you deserve it.

It simply loves.

Not because people are perfect.
Not because life is fair.
Not because there isn’t pain.

But because love is its nature.

I think many of us live from projections and perceptions, reacting to echoes we’ve carried for years, believing they are our truth.

Yet the deeper I go, the more I realize the journey isn’t about becoming more spiritual.

It’s about becoming more honest.

Honest enough to see where fear is still speaking.
Honest enough to see where old wounds are still leading.
Honest enough to stop abandoning the soft, nurturing, compassionate parts of ourselves.

We live in a world that teaches us how to push, strive, achieve, and survive.

But somewhere along the way, many of us forgot how to receive, trust, nurture, soften, and listen.

The divine masculine gives us structure.
The divine feminine gives us connection.

We need both.

But the doorway into the heart has never been force.

It’s always been presence.

The real question is:

Are the thoughts in your head coming from your heart…

Or are they coming from old echoes that have simply become familiar?

Something I received today and I thought I would share.

The noise is loud right now. But your signal is still there underneath. You don’t need to fight the noise. Just tune to your own frequency. It never left. It’s waiting for you to listen. The world will keep screaming for your attention - that’s not going to stop. But your signal is louder when you get still. Come back to it. Again and again. That’s the practice.

Coming home to yourself isn’t always beautiful.

Sometimes it starts with realizing how long you’ve been gone.

Gone into survival.
Gone into fixing.
Gone into taking care of everyone else.
Gone into doing instead of being.

And then one day you feel your body again.

You feel the grief of all the moments you weren’t fully present for.
The years spent pushing through.
The parts of yourself you left behind just to make it through.

But alongside the grief is something else.

Relief.

Relief that you can finally see it.
Relief that you can finally feel it.
Relief that you can finally come home.

Not to a new version of yourself.
Not to a healed version of yourself.

To yourself.

Your body.
Your heart.
Your truth.
Your life.

Maybe healing was never about becoming someone else.

Maybe it was always about coming back to the person who was there all along.

What would it feel like to come home to yourself today?
